Enjoy your stay in this gorgeous villa, only moments from Ponsonby, cafes, local supermarkets and retail. Entertaining is held in the rear open-plan living, dining and kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be used. The French doors take you into the back decks and garden. The master bedroom is an elegant space with a wardrobe. Both bedrooms comes with queen beds. The bathroom has twin showers and a bathtub, there is also a separate powder room. There is a car park included.

Please enjoy the private courtyard. The outdoor fireplace is not available for guests.

• Body Corp does not allow clothes to be visible from outside while you are drying them.
• The key collection is from a different location (10 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD). We will send the information to you before your arrival date.
• We can arrange a private car transfer/meet/greet service for you at an extra cost. With this hassle-free service, the driver will pick up the key in advance, meet you at the airport, and drop you off directly at the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
• A secure, onsite car park can be booked for an additional fee

Due to the ongoing issue, it is with regret that we require a minimum of $500 to $1500 bond directly with Quinovic Viaduct and your valid photo ID upon your check-in. If you arrive outside of office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it accordingly.

We will provide a “Departure Checklist” once the reservation is made and also upon check-in. Guests may follow the list to ensure a full bond refund.

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for partying in the apartment or in the complex. Guests would be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and the bond would be forfeited. Guests must be respectful and considerate of other occupants in the complex.
